• What if their is a course I want to take but can't attend the live event?

  Yes, some courses will be available on-demand after the live recording. 

• Do I get PDH credits for these courses?

  Yes, This course is worth 1.5 PDHs. To receive your certificate of completion, you will need to attend the live session and/or watch the recording(s) and complete the post-session survey. If the course is taken On-Demand, there will also be a 10 multiple choice question post-test.

• What are the system requirements?

  You will need the following equipment

  • A computer with internet connection – broadband wired/Wi-Fi or data connection through mobile phone service (3G or 4G/LTE)
  • A microphone – built-in (to laptop or headphones), USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth
  • If using wired headphones or microphone, you will need the right receptacle in the laptop or desktop. This could be a 3.5mm audio jack, or a USB connector.
  • A webcam (optional) - built-in, or USB plug-in

  Zoom software requirements

  • Latest version of the Zoom desktop or mobile application
  • For web client, see browser requirements

  Operating systems

  • macOS X with macOS 10.9 or later
  • Windows 10 (Devices running Windows 10 must run Windows 10 Home, Pro, or Enterprise. S Mode is not supported)
  • Windows 8 or 8.1
  • Windows 7
  • Other supported operating systems

  Supported tablet and mobile devices

  • iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices
  • Surface PRO 2 or higher and running Win 8.1 or higher
  • Blackberry devices
